I have ordered two skirts and paid for two skirt and I got only one skirt . I contacted your team they said they will send the second one before Eid but I haven’t received neither skirt nor refund. And I’m still waiting

I messaged almost continuous for a week to exchange the size issue + the color was not what i ordered.i order light blue and they send datk blue,but when i approaches them via Dm,emails serval text whatsapp, nobody responded, nobody,the package is still not in use, because of above mentioned issue, still hope someone contact for exchange so that i can use it, deeply disappointed,it was my first order,i spend 3500 for nothing
